"Mr. World to see you Mr. Paglio"

World leaned on the counter to give his tired legs a break. His huge arms pushed up against his pecs, They pushed up like a water balloon being squeezed. The receptionist pretended to go back work, but she couldn't stop gaping at them. World looked around, pretending he didn't see her.

"World! How do you feel man."

"I feel unbelievable." He clasped his hands together and crunched. "My arms grew 2 inches over night."

"That shouldn't have happened."

"I'm tellin' you man, 2 inches." He raised his arm up and flexed. Paglio's jaw dropped. "I'm going to need a lot more of that shit."

Paglio agreed. "You must be some kind of genetic freak. How big do you want to get?"

"I want to be 50 lbs. bigger."

"That's it? You'll be there by the end of the week."

"And at the end of the week I'll want to be another 50 lbs. bigger. At the end of the month I'll want to be another 50 lbs bigger. When I weight a thousand lbs. I'll want to be another 50 lbs. bigger."

"Got it big guy. Listen, this may only be a temporary thing. Maybe you've still got some pump in those guns from yesterday."

"I don't think so."

"Well, let's just take it one day at a time."

World and Paglio plotted out a new schedule. He would now only train once a day, early in the morning. He would work each body part just once every three days. High reps, because the pump was the key. The priority for the rest of the day was eating and sleeping. Constant stretching and cardio was also central. Stretching to keep some flexibility. Cardio for the strong heart he needed to support the kind of bulk he was going to carry. Will left the offices a dozen white boxes of X-pump bars, Weight Gainer, and vitamin E cream to keep the stretch marks down. •
